THE BESPOKE PROCESS

Step One

Book a complimentary appointment with one of our team to talk through your ideas. We’ll look at stock pieces for inspiration and dream up a design together. It’s helpful to know your budget and timeline ahead of our meeting.

Step two

Once the design has been agreed, our team can do a CAD drawing or a printed wax model of your unique design to help you visualise the end result. The cost of a CAD is £350, which is deducted from the final payment of your piece.

step three

Finalised design approved, one of our master goldsmiths will begin handcrafting your piece in our Exmouth Market workshop – using recycled gold or platinum and responsibly sourced gemstones. This normally takes 5-6 weeks to complete.

The Big reveal

Our favourite moment. Come to our shop to receive your stunning, one-of-a-kind piece. Our goldsmiths will make sure it’s absolutely perfect before we hand it over. We’ll send you a free valuation for your records, and you’re welcome to bring your bespoke piece back any time to have it cleaned and spruced up.
